'Ghost kitchens' thrive during COVID-19 pandemic
“The overwhelming demand for food delivery created by the COVID-19 pandemic has fueled the growth of "ghost kitchens," a restaurant with no dining room that serves food-to-go or for delivery.
In Cleveland, a ghost kitchen called Sora launched in August with a sushi box offering.
